"Excellent Stay!!"

"My husband and I stayed in Villa #2 for 3 nights in January 2011 prior to our cruise and were very pleased to say the least! Rosemarie does a fabulous job managing this property - our fully renovated 1 bedroom suite was wonderfully spacious, squeaky clean and included every possible convenience! "Back Again Next Year"

"Once again I enjoyed my stay at Bayview Villas. The condo apartment unit was clean, spacious and has everything I could possibly need as far as amenities is supplied. I come to visit and stay for my work and do not get to enjoy the wonderful pool during the day, but it made for a few nice late evening swims prior to retiring. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for my early morning walks to the beach. It is always nice to be close to good shops, restaurants and services when traveling for work or for business and your property has it all. I will look forward to renting again next year."

"We had such a wonderful time at your Villa in Ft. Lauderdale! The accommodations were so comfortable, clean and inviting...we really couldn't have asked for anything more! From the first contact with you, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The location of the villas were ideal, it's within walking distance to the Galleria mall and in close proximity to downtown and the beach. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay here on future trips to Ft, Lauderdale."

"Great Stay"

"We had a great stay at this beautifull place, we stayed for 2 weeks in april this year. We really loved it, nice neigberhood, nice place and a great pool that our kids just loved to swim in and close to the beutifull beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and close to lots of nice restaurants. The place was very clean and we had lots of help and good information from Rosemarie. We can really recomend this place to every one and we hope to get back to Bay view Villas as soon as possibly.

"Great Holiday Vacation in Fort Lauderdale!"

"I am honored to let everyone know what a good time my family and I had during our stay in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We came on Labor Day weekend 2010 and was quite impressed by our little home away from home. It was very clean and neat and everything that we needed was right there at our fingertips. We had a blast just staying there on the holiday with the pool area and the gas grills that were available at no additional cost. Even the other visitors in the complex were nice and we even invited them to join us for dinner. A true value for the money!!!And Rosemarie, as often as I travel within the Florida area I guarantee you that I will be calling you back soon to stay another time. Thanks for everything!!!!

"Clean, lots of amenities"

"We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Apartments. The place was clean, there were plenty of towels/sheets/cooking equip., and our expectations were met successfully. We really enjoyed the cosy feel of the complex. The pool was the gathering spot during the day or during happy hour where we were able to meet some of the other people staying there. While we were there we met people from England, Germany and the US - which we really enjoyed. Overall our experience at the Bayview Apartments was a good one, and we will undoubtedly recommend this place to our family and friends.

"Relaxing retreat"

"Villa #1 was quaint and lovely. The kitchen area had a beautiful patio where I had coffee every morning and a beautiful view of the intercoastal across the street. I also had a large inground pool a few steps from my door which was very relaxing. The Galleria Mall, and beach was very close and also loved the nightlife. I hardly used the car. Walking was very relaxing and convenient. "

"We would recommend Bayview Villas to anyone who just needs to relax in the beautiful warm swimming pool and be surrounded by beautiful plants and experience a feeling of peace and tranquility.
Any request is dealt with immediately and the villas are beautilfully furnished. Bayview is situated close to all ammenities and the area is enchanting. It is easy to reach other popular destinations, a good base to start all journeys from. I would certainly return there. A real pearl!"

"Excelent vacations

My family and I had a great time at Bayview Villa. It is located in a beautiful and really convenient area close to the beach and shopping malls. It is a quiet and lovely neighborhood.
